Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of felitacarter.com and anything made available through it, including free courses, guides, newsletters and other content. This site is operated by Felita Carter LLC, a Georgia limited liability company publishing under the name Felita Carter. By using the site or enrolling in anything offered here, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site publishes educational and informational content about business, real estate, online income and the tools used to run a small business, and offers courses, guides and other resources, some free and some paid. It also contains affiliate links to products and services offered by other companies, described in Section 4.

3. Educational content only, and no professional advice

Everything published here is educational and informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or real estate advice, and it does not create an advisor relationship of any kind. Your situation is yours, and you should get advice from a licensed professional who knows it before acting on anything you read here.

Felita Carter is a licensed real estate agent with Real Broker LLC in Georgia and Florida. Content on this site is published in a personal and educational capacity and is not the provision of real estate brokerage services. Representation in a real estate transaction happens through a signed brokerage agreement, not through this website.

4. Products we recommend as an affiliate

We have affiliate relationships with some of the companies whose products and services we recommend, which means we may earn a commission or other compensation when you sign up or make a purchase through one of our links. This costs you nothing extra, and in some cases gets you a discount we arranged. We recommend what we actually use, and an affiliate relationship does not change what we say about a product.

These are outbound links to other companies. We do not buy, sell, rent or exchange contact lists with them, and we do not send messages on their behalf.

Anything you buy through an affiliate link is a transaction between you and that company. Their terms, privacy policy, pricing, support, billing and refund policy govern that purchase, not these Terms. We do not process those payments, we cannot cancel those subscriptions and we cannot issue those refunds. If something goes wrong with a product bought through one of our links, contact that company directly.

5. Courses and resources

We offer courses, guides, checklists and similar resources. Some are free and some are paid, and which is which is stated wherever the resource is offered.

Enrolling in or purchasing any of them gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the material for your own purposes. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not give you the right to resell, license, rebrand, redistribute or share your access, or to use the material to create a competing product. Access is for one person.

Unless the offer says otherwise, access is provided for as long as we continue to offer the resource. We may update, change or retire any course or resource, and we may end your access if you breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and inside our courses, including text, video, audio, images, graphics, downloads and the arrangement of it, is owned by Felita Carter LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may view it and link to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute it, and you may not use it to train an artificial intelligence model, without our written permission. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is fine.

7. Your conduct

You agree to use this site lawfully, not to interfere with it or attempt unauthorized access, not to scrape or harvest data from it, not to share your course access with anyone else, and not to use anything you get here to mislead people or to break the law.

8. Testimonials and results

Where we share a result, our own or someone else's, it is the actual experience of the person described and is not a promise that you will get the same outcome. See our Income Disclosure for more.

9. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Free resources cost nothing, there is nothing to cancel, and you can stop using them at any time and unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message.

For any paid course, resource or other product we offer, the price, what is included, the billing terms and the refund policy are stated clearly on that product's own checkout or sales page at the time of purchase, and those terms govern that purchase. Please read them before you buy. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full card details.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and in full, refund terms vary by product, and a stated no-refund term on a specific product is binding where the law allows it. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] before starting a chargeback and we will look into it.

Purchases made through affiliate links are covered by Section 4. Those are transactions with the company that sold you the product, and refunds for them come from that company rather than from us.

10. Affiliate and referral program

We may from time to time operate an affiliate or referral program that allows approved participants to earn a commission for referring customers to a paid course or other product we offer. Participation is by approval, is not open by default, and is not included in or required by any purchase.

If you take part, your participation is governed by a separate affiliate agreement that you accept when you join. That agreement sets the commission rate, the payment schedule, the promotional rules and the grounds for termination, and on those subjects it controls over these Terms. Commission rates and program terms are not published here and may change.

Affiliates are independent. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Felita Carter LLC. They may not speak on our behalf, and they may not make income claims, earnings guarantees or any promise of results in connection with our products. We are not responsible for statements an affiliate makes that we did not authorize, and misrepresentation is grounds for removal from the program.

Affiliates receive commission reporting only. They do not receive customer personal information, contact details, mobile telephone numbers or text messaging consent records.

11. Text messaging program

Felita Carter LLC.

Felita Carter LLC publishes educational content about business, real estate and online income, and offers courses and resources. When you opt in, the messages you can expect are replies to questions you have submitted, confirmations, purchase and access details for a course or resource you requested or bought, and, if you consented separately to promotional messages, new content announcements, course updates and occasional offers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (770) 407-8770. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: felitacarter.com/privacy

12. Third-party sites and platforms

This site links to other websites and runs on third-party platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to.

13. No guarantee of results

We make no guarantee that using anything on this site will produce any particular result, income or outcome. What you get out of it depends on factors outside our control, including your effort, your experience, your market and your circumstances.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and everything offered through it are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Felita Carter LLC and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising out of your use of this site or anything offered through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Felita Carter LLC, and its members, officers and contractors, from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of this site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of anyone else.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of this site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Coweta County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Disputes are resolved individually, and you and we each waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the business changes or as the law requires. The updated version takes effect when it is posted here, and the date at the top will tell you when that happened. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Income Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms contact us at [email protected].
