Hi, I'm Felita.

I'm in Georgia, right smack in the middle of the sandwich generation. I have a husband, two daughters, one in college and one still in high school, and parents, all under one roof, plus a job I'm not trying to escape. Juggling all of it adds up. I'm not here to tell you to quit anything. I like my life. The businesses fit into it, not the other way around.

Real estate came first. I've been licensed in Georgia since 2005 and added Florida this year. I've fixed and flipped, held rentals and I do retail sales. Then 2023 changed the shape of everything. That's the year I started filming products for Amazon, because I could earn money by reviewing things I already owned in my own home, and the same year I moved my whole operation onto one platform instead of a pile of tools taped together.

That platform is why LegaciLink exists. I'd been running on it since 2023 under other people's white labels before I started my own agency this year.

My faith is why a quiet season doesn't rattle me. I strongly believe that some of the most important work happens before anyone can see it.
